Zvi has a wealth of experience that clients turn to for solutions. Zvi is a natural leader with vast knowledge and an objective sincerity that enables clients to trust ZVI to execute work all over the U.S., Britain, and South America.

Andrew is a partner of The Triad Group and responsible for all brokerage and investment related services, including acquisitions, dispositions and overall business development. Andrew has a particular focus on working with Universities to facilitate their domestic and international housing programs. Andrew holds a masters degree in Real Estate Development and Investment from New York University and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Massachusetts and New York. Andrew was formerly with Willowbend Development and Thor Equities. At Willowbend Development Andrew's responsibilities ranged from business development and brokerage and specifically the sales, marketing and execution of a luxury residential high-rise tower. At Thor Equities he was responsible for leasing over a 1.5 million square foot retail portfolio throughout the Eastern United States including New York, Florida, Massachusetts and Virginia.

Michael is also a partner of the Triad Group and has experience leasing shopping centers throughout the United States. Michael spent his early career with the Mills Corporation, where he built up strong relationships with many national retailers, restaurants and brokers. Michael was instrumental in creating the leasing plan for the Meadowlands Xanadu project in Northern New Jersey, where he worked as Director of Leasing for the past three years.

Patrick is a partner of The Triad Group and President of ZVI Construction LLC. With more than twenty five years experience, over 15 years with ZVI and 10 in executive management for ENR top 100 rated construction management firms, Patrick has established himself as a leading source for construction expertise. Patrick is a seasoned team leader who understands the unique aspects of managing challenging projects and working within a committee structure. Patrick has gained outstanding respect from peers in the industry and has earned a stellar reputation not only for his incredible talents, but also for his integrity, honesty and ability to deliver on a tight deadline. Patrick is a civil engineer with over twenty years experience as a proficient project executive ensuring a quality, on time, and on budget.

David is also a partner of The Triad Group and brings an extensive background in financial management to The Triad Group's operations. Working closely with the project team, David leads our new development and planning opportunities from project inception through permitting, financing and preparation for construction.
